Documents Required for Building Permit Application

Any citizen wishing to construct a building, renovate an old one, or carry out repairs is required to obtain a building permit. To this end, they must submit the following documents:

• Application on plain paper signed by the applicant or their representative. (2 copies)
• Title deed, inheritance judgment, or document proving ownership of the land. (2 copies)
• Technical sheet signed by the architect. (2 copies)
• Construction project in five copies. (5 copies)
• Receipt of tax declaration submission. (5 copies)
• Certificate of payment of taxes due by the property owner.
• Technical study on thermal performance of buildings (if more than 500m²).
• Presentation note. (2 copies)
• Copy of identity card. (2 copies)
