The applicant must have completed the construction work for which a permit was obtained in accordance with the current regulations
The work carried out must comply with the content of the permit and the approved plans
A certificate of conformity for the work must be available

Written request prepared by the concerned person
Copy of the certificate of conformity and the building permit
Certificate of payment of municipal taxes due on all properties located within the municipal area
